The East Coast School of Etiquette gives children the tools for handling family and social situations with confidence. Your children will learn essential aspects of dining and socializing skills, which in today’s busy world is a difficult task for many families to manage at home. The invaluable social skills of good manners and proper etiquette will serve your children throughout their entire lives. Elaine C. Carroll teaches elements of etiquette, such as using a proper handshake, eye contact, dining and conversation skills, making each lesson fun and memorable in elegant settings.

Classes

Kindergarten – 1st Grade (Boys and Girls)
2nd Grade – 5th Grade (Boys and Girls)
6th Grade – 9th Grade (Girls Only)
6th Grade – 9th Grade (Boys Only)

A formal 5-course dinner is held at course completion.

Review and Discussion with Parents

At the end of the program we have a review and discussion with parents. This is a great opportunity for students to show their parents what they have learned. Fresh flowers, fine china, crystal and flatware are used as part of teaching our dining skills. Children come away from the table feeling important and self-confident.
